Our cleaning service gift card terms & conditions
When you purchase a gift card for a cleaning service with Merry Maids of Ottawa West, it’s important to know these are non-refundable, with no cash value. Any unused amounts remain on the card until used and cannot be redeemed for a cash payment. Please note that these specific cards are only valid in Canada, excluding Quebec, and are not meant to be redeemed at any other global Merry Maids organization.
Coupons and promotional discounts can be used in conjunction with gift cards, which are valid on existing services bought through local, participatory Merry Maids locations.
Lost or stolen cleaning service gift cards
We do not replace lost gift cards, so please store them in a safe location until they can be redeemed. Don’t forget that all costs are subject to taxes accordingly. Any amount in excess of the face value of the gift card must be paid directly to the servicing location. Our cleaning service gift cards are issued by Merry Maids of Canada and do not expire.
